I am Jody Vining. I'm a Holistic Health Coach and I specialize in plant based eating, gut health, and emotional health. I work with you to find which areas of life could use some improvement, and then guide you from point A to point B always keeping your goals in mind. We'll work on things like mindset, reframing, and creating new habits - I intertwine my yoga background by supplying meditations, breathwork, and the like to help you through transitions. I'm passionate about nutrition, health, nature, and eco friendly sustainable living. I teach you not only how to live in such a way where you thrive, but also give you the knowledge you need to continue to thrive long after our time together has passed.
