About

My name is Viviane Cooper and I live in Knoxville, Tennessee. with my husband and daughter. I love to go out for walks in nature, read, study, cook, and spend time with my family and friends.

Years ago I was faced with health issues and that motivated me to search for answers outside the traditional medicine model. By researching about diet and lifestyle changes and applying these concepts in my life, I took my health to a higher level.

At some point I felt I could help others live better by teaching them what I had learned. That was when I decided to become a Certified Health Coach and Holistic Nutrition Consultant.

Testimonials

  • Teresinha P.

"Viviane helped so much to improve my diet! I didn't like turmeric and now it's part of my daily life. I also reduced my sugar intake. I am so grateful for all you did to help me, really to be a better person! I also started meditating and feel so much calmer."

  • Luiza D.

"Viviane made me understand that food is the basis for our bodies to function well. My fibromyalgia improved, my gut symptoms improved. Reducing sugar was fundamental to my diet. I didn't stop eating everything I wasn't supposed to. If I felt like eating something specific I would eat it, but not so much of it. I was more disciplined in the way I ate, eating slower and chewing more. It takes time until we can change some habits, but it's better than being in pain or out of energy."

  • Daiane S.

"Viviane is extremely professional. I have several dietary restrictions due to autoimmune diseases and she took her time to design a specific diet for me. Totally recommend her services!"

So, in order to change a habit (or add a healthier one) you need to start making the new behavior a habit!
