  • What is the Emotion Code®?

    The Emotion Code® is a powerful way to heal emotional wounds and blocks, and clear the 'emotional baggage' we can carry around. It's an energy healing and balancing technique that uncovers root causes of discomfort, issues, and concerns in the body and spirit. Releasing trapped emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal and for us to reach our goals. Physical and emotional difficulties become more manageable and often disappear. This frees us to find more happiness, health and abundance in our lives.

  • What is the Body Code®?

    The Body Code® tests for energetic imbalances in the body, and corrects them energetically. We use muscle testing to uncover the underlying imbalance. You achieve physical balance by identifying issues in organs, glands, muscles, body systems and how they connect.

  • What are trapped emotions and why do emotions get trapped?

    Emotions from negative or emotionally charged events can become trapped and remain in our bodies. These stuck emotions can be the result of old traumas, past wounds, or even inherited. This invisible emotional energy is responsible for discomfort, imbalance, suffering, and illness. It can also have a significant emotional impact on how you perceive, feel, and make decisions. Trapped emotions are perfectly natural. Most individuals have many layers of trapped emotions that need to be released. We hang on to old wounds and experiences until we are ready or able to let them go. These can be cleared using the Emotion Code®, and the outcomes can be life-changing.

  • How does it work?

    Trapped emotions are identified using specific questioning and muscle testing (kinesiology). Muscle testing is a process of asking your subconscious Yes or No questions, to determine which trapped emotions need to be cleared. The process of identifying a trapped emotion brings it into your consciousness so it can be released with intention. Often, people experience a memory or feeling when the emotion is identified and it has the chance to be acknowledged and released. Some practitioners use a magnet to aid the release (by passing a magnet over the Governing Meridian), however the trapped emotions can also be cleared energetically.

  • What happens in a session?

    We can work on a particular issue that is a focus for you, or you may prefer to just allow whatever is most needed to be identified and cleared. Sessions are 30 minutes and the number of emotions cleared will vary, usually between 5 and 15. The number of released emotions depends on how much your body can process in that moment. You can sit back while the practitioner does the work for you. Find and remove root causes to your physical, emotional, and spiritual issues by tapping into the wisdom of the subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is a super computer that knows everything that is behind your issues. Once an imbalance is identified and brought into the light to the conscious mind using the Emotion Code/Body Code System, it can then be released bringing balance back into the body.

  • What happens after an Emotion Code®/Body Code® session?

    You may notice shifts immediately – many people report ‘feeling lighter’ or it may be more gradual. You may not notice anything, but know that whatever healing is needed will be occurring. Every person is different and every healing experience unique. Following a session, there will be a healing and integration time which may last a few hours, days or longer. A wonderful self-care practice is to drink plenty of water, get a good amount of rest and sleep, and be gentle with yourself.

  • Will the trapped emotion come back?

    No. Once the trapped emotion is released it's gone forever.
