About

Emily Chaston is a health coach, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and wellness writer. She earned her masters in public health from Boston University and has since collected several fitness and wellness certificates in topics such as nutrition and kickboxing.

She is a dedicated runner and Boston Marathon qualifier. She comes to the Mindful Kawa group to share her wealth of knowledge and experiences in the health and wellness space and also to learn from the rest of the community.
